Cancellation terms

Please the see following cancellation terms below:

Two weeks before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation
Up to one week before arrival date: 70% of the total accommodation
two - zero days before arrival: 80% of the total accommodation

Cancellations have to be sent/ have to be made via Email or letter. Group reservations have different cancellation conditions.

We recommend our guests to make a travel cancellation insurance.
