If you have to cancel your reservation, our cancellation conditions for direct bookings through our hotel are as follows:<\/p>\n

Cancellations and changes made 48 hours before the day of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made later will be charged with the total price.<\/p>\n

A cancellation is only valid in writing (email, fax or letter). Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings.<\/p>\n

We recommend our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n

Our hotel’s own parking spaces are available, subject to availability, for a fee of \u20ac 15 per night.<\/p>\n

    In general the check-in is possible from 14:00 o\u2019clock, but if you would like to do a prior check-in before 14:00 o\u2019clock please let us know, and we will try our best to make your room ready for you. If it should not be ready before the official check-in time, you have the possibility to put your luggage in our left-luggage office.
    Meanwhile you could already have a walk around R\u00fcdesheim am Rhein and drink a cup of coffee or a wonderful glass of wine in our restaurant.<\/p>\n

    If you want to check in later than 6pm, please let us know, for late check-in we have a key safe.<\/p>\n
